The Last Picture Show

Sonny and Duane, high school seniors and best friends, live in a dying Texas town. Duane is dating a local beauty named Jacy, while Sonny is having an affair with the coach's wife, Ruth. As graduation approaches, both boys consider their futures. While Duane considers joining the army and Sonny takes over a local business, each boy wonders if he can leave this dead-end town and build a better life somewhere else.
