Amanda asked her son, John, to destroy all the lab notes, etc., from her last experiment as she was dying. She says out loud that he had a brother, too. John meets Melissa at the funeral. Melissa says that her mother was her biggest fan. They go to Amanda's house with some of John's friends, but no one is ready for what they find there.
