Doc McCoy is imprisoned because his partners backed down and flew away without him after exchanging a prisoner for a large sum of money. Doc suspects that Jack Benyon, a wealthy "businessman," is planning something major, so he tells his wife (Carol McCoy) to inform Benyon that he's for sale if he can get him out of prison. Doc McCoy is released after Benyon pulls some strings. Unfortunately, he must work with the same person who landed him in prison.
