The Frighteners

Frank Bannister, a former architect, now poses as an exorcist of evil spirits. To buttress his façade, he maintains that his "unique" gift resulted from the vehicle accident that killed his wife. However, he does not anticipate additional deaths in the little village where he resides. As he attempts to solve the supernatural mystery behind these murders, he falls in love with the wife of one of the victims and contends with a deranged FBI agent.
