Clark Kellogg, a young guy beginning his first year of film school in New York City, is in his first year of study. Clark encounters Carmine "Jimmy the Toucan" Sabatini, a "importer" who bears an uncanny likeness to a certain film godfather, after a petty thief takes all of his possessions. Clark becomes embroiled in a scheme combining endangered species and exquisite dining when Sabatini offers him an offer he can't refuse.
