When the only person left for Quan to love–his teenage daughter–is killed in a senseless act of politically motivated terrorism, Quan's long-buried past erupts in the form of a revenge-fueled vendetta. Quan is a lowly London businessman. His daughter was the only one left for him to love. His dogged determination to track down those responsible for the atrocities leads to a game of cat and mouse with a government officer in the United Kingdom, whose personal history may include important hints about the identity of those responsible for the atrocities.
