Mitch McDeere is a young man who has a bright career ahead of him in the legal field. Just before he was about to take his bar test, he was approached by "The Firm" and presented with an offer that he could not reject. He is so blind to the more deceitful aspects of his organization that he is easily swayed by the lavish amounts of money and presents that are heaped on him. Then, two Associates are killed by their assailant. The Federal Bureau of Investigation gets in touch with him and asks for information; all of a sudden, his life is ruined. He can either work with the FBI or continue his employment with the Firm. The option is his. In any scenario, he will no longer have the life he has known up to this point. Mitch concludes that the only way out is for him to execute his own plan...
