Akira is the epic awesome called The Fable. Following the order of his boss and also due to being exhausted, he lives quietly with his companion Yoko as ordinary siblings. Akira still works part-time at layout firm Octopus with CEO Takoda and employee Misaki. CEO Takoda and also Misaki are unaware of Akira's history as an assassin. At the same time, Utsubo is an agent for an NPO. But, Utsubo deals with contract killer Suzuki to establish individuals up for extortion functions. They target someone at design firm Octopus.
