The Climax

Actor Karloff plays a theatre doctor at the Vienna Royal Theatre who kills his mistress, a star soprano, out of jealousy. One day, a young singer (Foster) comes along who reminds Hohner of the late divas, and Hohner gets all riled up again. It doesn't matter how long it takes to silence her, Hohner wants her to sing for him only. In the film's climactic scene, the singer's fiancée (Bey) races to save her.
