Phylis and Bill Mitchell, the matriarch and patriarch of the Mitchell family, have invited their two grown sons, TV personalities Mike Mitchell and Brandon Mitchell, home for the holidays while they work through some difficult decisions. Re-creating their Christmas house, with all their loved ones in attendance, is meant to help them come to terms with their past, as well as offer joy to the entire family.
