The Christmas Heart

The close-knit neighbors on Arthur Avenue have proudly lit Christmas luminaries for 40 years, but that long-standing tradition will be put on hold this year because Matt Norman, a teenage boy from the neighborhood who is in desperate need of a heart transplant, is hospitalized and cannot be released. An organ donor is located for him while his parents, Ann and Mike, nervously pray by his bedside. Meanwhile, in Detroit, a mother is in agony at the bedside of her own son. When Matt's neighbors decide to pay tribute to him in the most fitting manner possible, they may just be able to save his life.
