When Steven, a newly single man, arrives into his new apartment, Chip, a cable installer, comes to hook him up and doesn't let go. Chip's initial desire to be Steven's friend is merely overzealous, but when Steven attempts to break the 'relationship,' Chip reveals his sinister side.
