The Clueless Stork from the children's delivery center once got the addresses mixed up and delivered the Little Panda Bear to the bear named Mik-Mik instead of the Pandas Family. Mik-Mik is a stickler for order, so he chooses to have the Baby Pandu delivered to his parents in South China. Hare Oscar, an unlucky neighbor, is tangled up with him on a voyage. They meet the arrogant Pelican Duke, the timid Wolf Janus, and the amorous Tiger Cupid along the route.
