A vicious home invasion goes horribly wrong. Dave, one of the two criminals, escapes, leaving behind his brother Kenneth. Kenneth is released from prison four years later and much has changed. Dave has reclaimed his life and is attempting to assist Kenneth in any way he can, but is observing how highly strung Kenneth attempts to reclaim his ex-girlfriend Sylvie.
