The 51st State

A streetwise American master chemist named Elmo McElroy is going to sell his new formula in England. It is a powerful blue potion that will take you to "the 51st state." McElroy's new product makes you feel 51 times more powerful than any thrill, pleasure, or high that has ever been felt before in history. It turns out that his plans for a quick, profitable score go awry when he gets stuck in Liverpool with an unlikely escort and his ex-girlfriend.
