Strike
Mungo Morrison is a young mole about to begin his apprenticeship alongside his proud father in their hometown's famed gold mine. While his buddies are ecstatic to be working in the mine, Mungo secretly wishes to be a professional footballer. Mungo, however, resigns himself to life as a miner out of desperation not to offend his father and due to his small size and inability to play football in bright light. When a mysterious catastrophe forces the mine to close, a nasty and gold-obsessed supervillain only known as 'The Boss' seeks to blackmail the townspeople into giving him the mine. Mungo embarks on an epic odyssey filled with thrills, laughter, action, and peril against all odds, as he hurtles towards the Wild Cup football finals in Russia and a final, breath-taking battle with 'The Boss.'
