Anti-government documentary filmmaker Hae-gap is known for his work. The freeloader staying in Hae-house gap's eventually brings back Na-ra, who had walked away from home one day. To stop the exploitation of Deul Island, Man-deok and Na-ra raid the island's head developer and Na-ra ends up getting caught. Hae-gap agrees to cease filming anti-government films in exchange for Na-release ra's from prison, so he and his family move to Deul Island. Na-ra notices that his father is living a peaceful life and begins to open up. A construction company arrives to clear the island, putting residents at risk of losing their homes. Hae-gap organizes an uprising and his family is put in great danger.
