Shadow of the Hawk

For his role as Mike, Jan-Michael Vincent returns to his village to help combat the evil spirits that threaten the tribe as the grandson of Native American shaman Old Man Hawk. Old Man Hawk has hired a freelance reporter named Maureen to seek down his grandson, Mike, who has been living and working in the city for years. This malevolent spirit of Dsonoqua, an ancient witch, animates animals and objects and causes odd and tragic incidents in the village when Mike returns with Maureen. There are only two individuals who can stop this evil: Mike and his father, who is a successor to the shaman's role in the tribe.
