Sara attempts to complete the items on her late husband's bucket list as a way of dealing with her grief. She meets Dr. Ryan after suffering an injury while performing one of the chores. Ryan, who is a widower himself, sets out to assist Sara in completing her bucket list of activities. They become close, and Sara does not want to disrespect her husband's memory by continuing their relationship, so she stops seeing Ryan. Ryan, on the other hand, is not discouraged and helps Sara realize that everyone deserves a second chance at love.
