Salomé
Salomé, one of Al Pacino's director experiments, was shot over five days in 2011 but has yet to receive a broad distribution. It is part of a double feature on Oscar Wilde's short play "Salomé," which also includes the Venice-screened documentary "Wilde Salomé," which chronicles the film's making. According to IMDb, the synopsis for the 1923 adaptation of the play is as follows: "Salome, Herodias's daughter, seduces her stepfather/uncle Herod, Judea's governor, with a scandalous dance. He promises her the head of the prophet John the Baptist in exchange."
