When Sailor Moon (Usagi) and her companions are strolling around the flower gardens, they come across an old childhood acquaintance of Mamoru's: an extraterrestrial! Usagi and the rest of the planet's residents are not pleased with him, so he's returned to gift Mamoru a special flower he's made himself. He's brought back an evil Kisenian Flower, and Sailor Moon must defend the Earth before the evil vines and blossoms take over the entire planet!
