Puppet maker Toulon discovers an old Egyptian concoction and uses it to bring his creations to life, much to the dismay of the authorities. His puppets transform into deadly tiny devils and flee the scene. The master commits suicide because he feels dejected. Years later, psychics are able to detect the presence of the hideous marionettes and set out on a mission to bring them to justice.
