Peace by Chocolate

Tareq Hadhad and his Syrian family flee war-torn Lebanon after the family's chocolate factory is bombed and settle in the little village of Antigonish, Canada. A new factory is proposed by Frank, a nearby neighbor, and local chocolatier Kelly feels frightened by the competition. Issam, Tareq's father, resumes manufacturing chocolates, which are well received by the local church. He is caught between his desire to become a doctor and his family's "Peace By Chocolate" business, which is thriving.
