It's common knowledge that a stork delivers infants, but where do the storks acquire their young? There are cloud people who create kids out of clouds and bring them to life in the stratosphere. Gus, a lonely and insecure grey cloud, is a master at producing "hazardous" offspring. These and many other creatures are pieces of art created by the talented Gus but prove to be quite the challenge for his trusty co-delivery stork Peck to handle. Peck's work gets more and more difficult as Gus's inventions get more boisterous. How can Peck deal with both his dangerous cargo and his friend's irascible temperament?
