A big landowner was killed in a car accident when Law, Luk's chauffeur, collided with another vehicle. Luk had an advantage in the native apartment construction agreement due to rumors that he was responsible for the death of the landowner.. Five years later, when Law is released from prison, everything has changed. In the meantime, Keung, Luk's right-hand man, has his own plan to pursue. But then, unexpectedly, things change. After drugging Sean and his brothers in the drinks, Law then modifies their mobile phones so that they may be wiretapped. Joe, Law's prison friend and computer wiz, meets Eva, a materialistic single mother who has a nasty past with both Law and Keung. Law realizes Keung's final idea, which could forever alter Hong Kong's land development.
