This film has to do with a navy Lieutenant called Johnny Firpo that is bought to collaborate with the Miami Police force to assist quit a gang of jagged card sharks. He requires the assistance of a pro gambler-now retired named Charlie Firpo. Charlie won't aid Johnny, so Johnny takes Charlies transfer truck and he after that accepts help him. They both discover that they are half siblings. Johnny persuades Charlie that their papa is "Blind" as well as require to increase $ 100,000 for an eye operation. So Charlie becomes a bettor again just to raise the cash.
