Jûzô Murasaki is a boy miscast in his classroom, being frequently abused, hurt, ruined and also embarrassed by the bully Tôru Akai and his gang of juvenile punks. After years of repression, being rejected and anxiety without facing Akai, he creates a psychopathic dual personality with a violent alter-ego. While residing in the house 13 of a tenement structure, he comes to be not able to control his terrible dark personality, who stories a bad revenge against his upper flooring next-door neighbor Akai and his family.
