My Man Godfrey
Irene Bullock, a Fifth Avenue socialite, requires a "forgotten man" to win a scavenger quest, and no one is more forgotten than Godfrey Park, who lives in an East River dump. Irene recruits Godfrey as a servant for her riotously deranged family, much to the dismay of her spoiled sister, Cornelia, who does all in her power to have Godfrey fired. As Irene falls in love with her new butler, Godfrey turns the tables on the Bullocks and teaches them a lesson or two.
