It is the year 2707 at this point. The natural resources of Earth are almost completely depleted as a result of human activity. The remaining time is spent with fierce conflict between the several competing corporations. During one of these types of conflicts, the seal is broken, which wakes an ancient and lethal machine that was once vanquished many thousands of years ago. The order that had been waiting for its reappearance has now been given the responsibility of directing a small number of soldiers to eliminate it permanently.
