Cecilia, who is in her 40s, is a cheerful seamstress whose friends call her "Sissy." Wai Mun, her husband of many years, is the captain of a popular Chinese restaurant. Even though he isn't completely happy with his life since moving from Hong Kong to Singapore, he and Sissy are a loving couple and have a happy marriage.
