A police officer is racing against the clock to find a kidnap victim whose captor he unintentionally shot and killed. Frank Penny (Aaron Eckhart) is a disgraced cop who is desperate for a chance at atonement. When the 11-year-old daughter of the police chief is kidnapped, Frank goes on the run to save her. It's up to Ava Brooks' live-streaming news station to find the girl, but Frank will need her help. Frank and Ava are in a race against time as the city keeps an eye on them in this high-octane action thriller.
