Igor, a 15-year-old boy from Liege, Belgium, and his father, Roger, are involved in the illegal housing and labor market in the city's outskirts. Every aspect of their lives revolves around deceit, fraud, and deception. Injured on the job by one of his father's illegal workers, Igor must decide whether or not to commit to care for the injured man's wife and infant. It would be a betrayal of his father's trust for him to uphold the pledge.
