Kyôko Harase, who is pregnant and stars in horror movies, and her fiance are in a car crash that was caused by Toshio's friend. Kyôko loses her baby and her fiancé ends up in a coma. Kyôko and a TV crew were cursed when they filmed a show in the haunted house where Kayako's husband killed her in a brutal way many years ago.
