Journey to the Christmas Star

Sonja, a 13-year-old girl with a big heart, arrives in a small village with a gang of bandits. But the village is cursed. Long ago, the King's only daughter Goldhair vanished while searching for the Christmas Star. The Queen died of a broken heart, leaving the shattered King to fend for himself. The King cursed the Christmas Star from that day forward, bringing darkness and grief to the land. An old sage, however, has revealed that Goldhair is still alive and will return only if the King finds his way back to the Christmas Star. Every Christmas since then, the King has searched in vain for the Christmas Star.
