While celebrating a significant contract secured for the construction of a tower planned by Victor, the famous TV reporter and anchorwoman Rebecca Ramos, who happens to be his personal romantic fantasy, shows up at the bar. Because of the amount of alcohol she consumed, Bea arranges a meeting between Vctor and Rebecca without thinking about the ramifications of her actions.
