Mary Lou Maloney, the 1957 Hamilton High Prom Queen, returns 30 years later to get vengeance on her jilted boyfriend. Bill Nordham is now the principal of Hamilton High School, and his son is getting ready to attend the prom with Vicki Carpenter. After discovering a trunk in the basement of the school, she is possessed by Mary Lou Maloney. Bill now has to confront the evil he fled in 1957.
