Hell Comes to Frogtown

As the story progresses, we learn more about our hero, Hell. A post-nuclear/biological war United States is currently ruled by a group of women. Mutants have arisen as a result of the conflict, and the human race faces extinction as a result of infertility. Hell is tasked with assisting to liberate a bunch of fertile women from the harem of the mutant commander (resembling a frog). A bomb linked to his private parts will detonate if Hell gets too far away from his guard, making it impossible for him to flee.
