Two corrupt cops have a plan that seems to work well and make them a lot of money: they sell drugs that they take from dealers, kill the dealers, and say that the dealers were involved in the crimes. Their plan is going well until they kill an undercover DEA agent who was pretending to be a dealer. They then try to hide the fact that they killed the agent.
