Fireworks, Should We See It from the Side or the Bottom?

During the annual firework festival, a group of sixth-grade boys argue one summer day about whether fireworks are round or flat when viewed from different angles and set out to discover the solution. In the meantime, one of their classmates, Nazuna, is distressed by her parents' divorce and resolves to run away with either Norimichi or Yuusuke, depending on who wins a pool race.
