Banksy is a famous graffiti artist whose work can be seen on walls all over the world, from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina to the separation wall on the Palestinian West Bank. Banksy has so far resisted all attempts to catch him on camera. He is very protective of his anonymity so that he doesn't get arrested. In Exit Through the Gift Shop, the amazing true story is told of how a strange French shop owner who became a documentary filmmaker tried to find and befriend Banksy, but the artist turned the camera back on its owner.
