During an all-night, drug-fueled party at an abandoned asylum notorious for its horrifying patient care, a group of ordinary teenagers decide to play with the occult, which suddenly leads to a violent possession. In an attempt to get assistance, the party hurries to flee, only to discover that they are trapped inside with no means of communication. In an effort to save one of their friends possessed by the demon, the amateurs attempt to perform an exorcism, which causes tempers to boil and trust to be broken. In lieu of resolving the issue, and unknowing to them, they unleash an even more potent and vengeful spirit, one with a specific goal and intent to kill them all. The only chance of survival for the adolescent is to solve the asylum's deepest riddles and escape before it's too late.
