Everybody's All-American

Athlete Gavin Grey of the University of Louisiana football team possessed it all. The All-American champion married his high school sweetheart, Babs Rogers, and became a hero in his hometown after winning the city's homecoming queen award. However, following a disastrous professional career, Gavin comes to the realization that fame and prosperity have passed him by, and that he is no longer the hero that everyone keeps reminding him he should be anymore. His dissatisfaction with his life causes stresses in his marriage, and Gavin begins to question who he is and whether he is still a hero in the eyes of the public.
