The title speaks for itself. There is a mix-up concerning stolen jewels that Ernest has (naturally) converted into a yo-yo and delivered to his prospective girlfriend, Rene. Rene, on the other hand, desires a man of action and believes Ernest falls short. When the bad guys arrive in search of the stolen gems and kidnap Rene, all of her fantasies come true as Ernest is forced to travel to Africa to rescue her.
