When an American Vietnam veteran named Cole (Franco Nero) has finished his ninjutsu training in Japan, he travels to the Philippines to visit his battle buddy Frank Landers (Alex Courtney) and his newlywed wife Mary Ann Landers (Susan George), who own a huge plot of farming property there. Cole soon discovers that the Landers are being harassed on a regular basis by a CEO by the name of Charles Venarius.
