Dr. Giggles
Evan Rendell leaves in 1957 when his father is lynched for killing many patients while trying to obtain a substitute heart for his dying wife. Evan breaks free from a mental institution after 35 years and returns to town to exact vengeance on the town's citizens, killing them one by one. Evan learns Jennifer has a heart issue similar to his mother and vows to make her his final victim when Jennifer and her friends break into the Rendell house out of morbid curiosity.
