A gang of motorcycles, led by the cool-headed and arrogant Kabir, is on a robbery spree in the Indian city of Mumbai. It is their intention to rob businesses and then flee on their superbikes. ACP Jai Dixit is in charge of the investigation, and he enlists the services of a clumsy bike mechanic and racer named Ali to pursue the gang on a motorcycle and assist Jai in apprehending them. Following the challenge, Kabir commits another robbery in the midst of an important function. Jai and Ali decide to call off their engagement as a result of this. Jai resigns from the police force, and Ali returns to his previous position as a security guard. Meanwhile, Kabir has lost one of his team members, and Ali is recruited for their final project in Goa, which is scheduled by the end of the month. During the climactic clash between cops and criminals, the action switches from the heavy traffic of Mumbai to the sunny beaches of Goa.
