A cargo ship called Daiichi Yachiyo Maru crashed into a big iceberg in the northern Pacific Ocean and sank 15 years ago. The ship's captain and crew all died. Now, in Nishitama, a ship designer for Yatsushiro Shipbuilder, which is part of Yatsushiro Financial Combine, died in a car accident after having a heart attack while driving. Since then, six months had passed. The trip on the Aphrodite is fun for Conan, Ran, and Kogoro. The Aphrodite is a luxury liner, and its first trip will take it to the Pacific Ocean.
