Harold owns a run-down cab company and a hapless group of cabbies. Albert arrives in town with the goal of starting his own cab company, but he must first persuade Harold's employees that they, too, can make a living. Only after Albert is kidnapped do the cabbies have to decide whether they are loyal to Albert and his cause.
