Joanna Crane is a woman who leads a double life. Her day job as a fashion designer is interrupted by her night job as China Blue, a high-end prostitute who caters to the upper crust. Bobby Grady is recruited to follow her around since she has been suspected of industrial spying. They do, however, end up falling in love. During this time, she is being stalked by a psychotic preacher.
