Farm manager Karen is a tough person who eats a lot of corn and is very outspoken. She also cares about the people she works for and the people who work for her. It all started when one of her farmhands told her about a little girl who had recently gone missing. She became more close to her employees than she ever thought possible. When Karen's lover, Annabelle, goes missing, the bubble Karen lives in bursts and she starts to look into the town she grew up in. She finds out that there is something dark there.
